PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All product descriptions written on the Football Box website are written by our own on-site writers. We strive to describe each product in as much detail as possible in order to provide your customers with as much product information as possible so that you can make the best decision about whether the product is right for you.
We are not responsible for changes to the name and number of the jersey with the player's name on the back. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the name and number are correct. No jerseys are pre-printed on the Football Box website. When a customer sees a name and number on the back of a jersey, it's just for display. All jerseys are printed on the field of the football box.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
The YZ-SHOP website integrates an inventory control system. If a customer orders a product, such as a medium size Barcelona home shirt, once the customer's payment method is authorized, our inventory control system will reduce the amount of stock allocated to that size and product. Adding items to the cart will not reduce the amount. This gives YZ-SHOP a 99% chance of fulfilling a customer's order. If the inventory level is low and two or more customers have the same item in their basket, the first authorized order will be awarded for that product.
If at any time YZ-SHOP is unable to provide a product, we will either email or phone the customer with a different option or refund the customer's payment in full. We will not ship replacement products without first contacting the customer.
PRODUCT PRICE
Prices on our website are in US dollars and prices are shown in US dollars. When payment is made for the product payment will be taken to xxx payment USA on their secure server. Payment will be made in US dollars. Our goal is to keep currency exchange up to date at all times. We cannot be held responsible for changes in currency exchange. There is a drop-down menu at the top of the page and more currencies on the right side of the screen.
PAYMENT
When ordering online, you can choose to pay with most types of credit or debit cards. All payments made via these methods will be taken by our payment partner PayPal. When you have filled in all your details and pressed Submit on the last page, you will be taken to our partner PayPal, who will process your payment once you enter your personal payment details.
At any time, Football Box takes any payment on their website, or has the details of any access credit or debit card. You are directed to PayPal because they are one of the largest payment providers in the UK and have the latest data protection systems available.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time as long as we haven't delivered the goods. Once a personalized jersey has been printed and is awaiting shipment, we cannot cancel your order.
When returning a product, make sure you use a traceable service.
All returned orders will be refunded on the day the return is received.
