Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days.If your purchase is more than 30 days old, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items are refundable. Items sold are non-refundable.

RETURN PRODUCT

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product you're exchanging to reach you may vary.
